I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious with a nice walk-in shower. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruits and juices. The location is perfect, just a minute walk to Kok Tobe for fine views. 😊

I faced significant issues during my stay. I requested an early check-in but was quoted an unreasonable fee. Additionally, the soundproofing between rooms was inadequate, making it hard to enjoy any peace. Lastly, the lack of basic amenities like a functional thermometer left me feeling neglected, especially when I was not well.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Novotel Almaty City Center, especially the centrally located setting which allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, allowing for an early check-in after my tiring flight, making me feel welcomed right from the start.

The breakfast was really great not just the usual stuff but they mixed it up daily. They had this big screen in the bar for the Eurocup games which just. Enjoyed watching the matches with some locals and the atmosphere was perfect.
